We made our capsules for all these people and everyone else too.
With our capsules, you always get exactly the same dose and the slow release means you can enjoy a gentle build up throughout the day.
They’re perfect for night time as you can take them just before bed and allow the slow release to work its magic while you sleep. You can use them together with our oils and mylks in this way too.
People with gastrointestinal issues and inflammation have also found the slow release tends to work better for them.
Finally, (and most importantly for some) our capsules don’t taste of anything.
Meaning they really are the simple, convenient and taste free way to enjoy CBD.
We recommend taking our capsules twice a day, 15 minutes after food.
You can also use our capsules together with our oils and mylk. Lots of our customers take our oils and mylk during the day and then have a capsule at night before bed as they find the slow release works perfectly at night time.
Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If stored well, the purity of the oil will remain the same for one year.
Bioavailability is the amount your body absorbs of a product.
Unlike our vapes and oils which have a high bioavailability, our capsules are absorbed into the body at a far slower rate as they are taken orally (meaning it takes longer for the CBD to get into your bloodstream).
This slow release makes them perfect for people looking to experience a more gradual effect throughout the day and night.
We recommend taking our capsules 15 minutes after a meal as this can help increase the bio-availability by up to 4 times as the fat in your food helps to metabolise the CBD.
However, you’ll still experience the slow release. Taking them after food just means you get the most out of the product.
Each capsule contains 12mg of CBD which is the equivalent of 4 drops of our 6% oil or 2 drops of our 12% oil.
Each bottle contains 50 capsules so if you take 2 capsules daily, one bottle will provide you with a 25 day supply.
Our capsules are suitable for vegans.
These capsules contain CBD oil that naturally has a THC content of less than 0.2%.

I find these a lot easier to take than the oil on its own and they are fantastic; I use these alongside the vape and no longer need prescribed medication for anxiety. So pleased and relieved I found Karma Coast.

The second time I have bought these and they are lush. I suffer from crippling anxiety/other annoying brain things and just after taking my second days dose I felt lighter and a lot more mellow – a lot more accepting of things just as they are which I am never able to do.
