Since we launched it back in 2018, this powerful oil has been used by many of our customers to help support sleep, pain and stress.
When it comes to CBD, as you go up in concentration, your body absorbs it better.
Whilst the sweet spot is different for everyone, most companies usually offer 10% oil.
We decided to make ours 12% because we know that this is the best ratio for most people and we wanted to be able to offer the best on every level.
The best way to take our CBD oils is to drop them under your tongue as this is how your body can best absorb them.
Take 2-3 drops under your tongue and hold it for at least 60 seconds.
We recommend taking our CBD oils 2-3 times a day, 15 minutes after food.
Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If stored well, the purity of the oil will remain the same for one year.
When you’re getting to the end of your bottle, try loosening the last few drops by sitting the bottle in warm water – making sure it’s not too hot as to avoid losing any of the purity or cannabinoid content.

Bioavailability is the amount your body absorbs of a product.
When it comes to our CBD oils, the longer you hold the oil under your tongue, the more active ingredients will be absorbed into your bloodstream. For maximum results, we recommend holding for up to 5 minutes and then swilling it round your mouth before swallowing.
By taking our CBD oils 15 minutes after a meal, you can increase the bio-availability by up to 4 times as the fat in your food helps to metabolise the CBD.
Each drop of our 12% oil contains 6mg of organic, unrefined, full spectrum CBD.
There are 200 drops per 10ml bottle so there is one month’s supply per bottle.
This oil naturally has a THC content of less than 0.2%.
All the oils we make have 5-9% CBG in them.

Working closely with our scientists, we use a super critical CO2 extraction method to extract our 1200mg CBD oil to the highest possible standard from certified organic European hemp plants.
This gentle extraction method allows us to preserve over 500 different compounds within the plant without damaging them.
The result is a rich, whole plant preparation of the highest quality that is free from unwanted plant matter.
Our oil quality is tested at several points throughout the production process to ensure quality in all batches and guarantee the CBD content you are paying for.
As some people can develop a tolerance when using full spectrum CBD products over a prolonged period, we recommend taking a tolerance break or t-break (see what we did there?) every six months for 1 – 2 weeks. I’ve been using Karma Coast’s 12% CBD oil for a little over 6 months now, having originally started on the 6% version. It means I can use less oil to get the same result and my supply lasts longer. Originally I took it for severe back pain, the result amazed me. I went from 12 pain killers a day, to none at all and I still haven’t needed to take any. I was diagnosed with post-viral ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome early in 2020 following severe illness, and this oil has played such an integral part in the management of my ME flare ups, and recovery from the illness that caused it. A large part of ME is severe fatigue, chronic pain, brain fog, and resultantly anxiety and depression – I noticed a significant reduction in all of these symptoms when I introduced the oil into my daily routine. The beautiful thing about it is is that I can control my dosage – usually I take 2 drops morning and night, but at certain times of the month when I know my ME may flare up more aggressively, I increase the dosage to give me extra support. It’s really given me some autonomy in my management/healing, which was such a blessing considering I felt really helpless at the beginning of all this. A wonderful product. A hand for your body to hold whilst it gets itself back on track.
It’s also worth mentioning how knowledgeable Dylan and Magda are. I had no preexisting knowledge of cannabis products such as CBD before I found Karma Coast – they were so informative and clearly cared about finding the best products to suit my needs, which made the process even better. I cant thank you enough for producing this oil !!! I have been at the end of my tether with chronic pancreatitis ! I admit I was a bit sceptical that CBD would do anything , as I have been on heavy doses of Tramidol among other drugs for severe constant pain , sickness etc .& I was just about to go onto morphine .
Although its early days , I cant tell you the relief this has given me !!! I have already went from 6 Tramidol a day to just 2 .
I am now eating again , can think now & feel so much better ! honestly cant thank you enough !!!

I called them out of the blue and the lad on the phone (Dylan I think he was called) gave me a lot of time and talked me through the products they have that would best help me with the reasons to why I wanted to try CBD. so super friendly and informative.
The product is also top notch, in the short few weeks I’ve been using it I’ve seen a big contract in my social anxiety levels, in a positive way. I also bought one for my girlfriend as she struggles with muscular pain in her chest, that’s been decreasing and becoming more manageable since she’s been using it too!
